The residential construction project closeout involves several key steps: finalizing all contractual obligations, gathering and organizing necessary documentation, conducting final inspections and addressing any punch list items, and ensuring that the project meets all specified requirements.

Once these steps are completed, we will handle settling any remaining financial matters, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, and providing the client with training on systems and equipment. Only after these procedures are finished will the project be officially handed over to you.
